Chelmsford’s electricity supplier, Constellation, will be listed on your bill as your electricity supplier.As a participant in Chelmsford Choice, you will see two changes in the supply services part of your National Grid electricity bill: New to National Grid Register for online access to your account and use our portal to view your bill, set up automatic payments, receive a personalized Energy Savings Plan, and more. Supply services charges are impacted by your participation in Chelmsford Choice. It typically appears on the bottom of the first page or at the top of the second page of your bill.
The second part of your bill is supply services. To find Chelmsford Choice on your bill, move past the delivery services charges and look for supply services charges. Delivery services charges are not impacted by your participation in Chelmsford Choice. The list of delivery services charges appears on the first page of your bill a the first set of charges you see.
